Every now and then people order something online they just don't like upon receipt. That rarely happens ;) but if it does, no problem, we got you. We're here to make those instances as easy and hassle-free as possible - simply send it back within thirty (30) days for free and choose an exchange item or receive a full refund to your original form of payment.
Made With Love only prints on high-quality apparel that's soft and durable and made of either 100% ring-spun cotton, a poly/cotton mix, or a poly/cotton/rayon blend. We're committed to using cruelty-free (not tested on animals), fair trade, environmentally friendly, slave-free supply chain sources. Our ingredients are natural too (including the vinegar you might smell when you first receive your product, which is used as an under-base for printing and disappears after the first wash).
We understand ordering clothes online can be a challenge, so we try our best to mention unique sizing and fit in each of our product's descriptions to help you order your best fit. However, if your new clothes don’t fit right, just send it back within thirty (30) days of purchase and we'll send you a different size at no additional cost. If your size is unavailable, you can pick another item of similar value.
Our apparel is pre-shrunk - which really means women's shirts should not shrink but men's shirts will probably shrink 3-4% after washing (which is less than the industry standard of 8%). To prevent any shrinkage, we recommend washing your clothes in cold water and hanging them to dry. If for some reason you want your product to shrink a lot, then wash in hot water and dry in the dryer on high. And 'wash cold, dry low' should be good for those who are used to washing their tees in the washer and running a full dryer cycle.
Ordering Multiple Products
Most orders will arrive in one package. However, depending on the size, type and number of items ordered, and the sourcing of the products you order, your order may ship in multiple packages.
Our production time, from the date of order to shipping, can range from 2-7 days. Most orders ship in 3-4 days. Standard shipping for domestic orders arrive between 1-7 days after they ship, depending on your location and your choice of standard or expedited shipping. International orders can take 15-30 days to arrive, depending on shipping and customs – unless you select expedited shipping.
We offer free shipping on all orders over $50 (for US customers only), and for orders under $50 we use the best available and most cost-effective shipping resources available. Covid can alter shipping costs and times, and when that happens we appreciate your patience and understanding that some things in this world are out of our control.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect
If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the damage, or the wrong item you received, as well as your order number. We’ll take care of you.
We takes website security very seriously and uses the latest PCI compliant, industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your personal information. We only retain order info; we do NOT retain credit card information post-transaction so there is nothing to "hack". Depending on your browser settings, you may notice a small pad-lock icon and the words "Secure" or "https" in your url address bar - which lets you know you are safe.
